His responsibilities include developing new outreach ministries and coordination and growth of existing ministries. She has gifts in clerical and organizational areas. She serves the church by managing our communication and staffing. Mitch Celestine, Yuumaash Director Phone: 509-877-0960 Mitch is an Ummatilla who has spent most of his life on the Yakima reservation. He has escaped from the prison of drugs and alcohol. He and His wife Raquel have been sacrifically serving the youth in White Swan for the last year and a half to lead them to sobriety and joy in the arms of Christ. She currently consults with EPIC and Migrant Headstart programs. Community children and health programs are among her special interests.
